Terms of sale and website use
Article 1 — Provider and contact details
AS AB SERVICES, a SAS with share capital of €100, trades as AB Services. SIREN: 925 192 346; SIRET: 925 192 346 00011; registry: 925 192 346 R.C.S. Belfort; VAT number: FR38925192346. Registered office: 4 Rue Viette, 25200 Montbéliard, France. Public office and customer services: 4 Rue Jules Viette, 25200 Montbéliard. Contact: abservices@pointmultiservices.com; 03 65 67 58 19. The legal notice also identifies the publisher and hosting provider.
Article 2 — Nature and limits of services
AB Services provides private administrative assistance independently of public authorities. The service covers only the work described in the selected service and summary: preparation, consistency checks on supporting documents and assistance with follow-up, as applicable. AB Services is not ANTS / France Titres, a prefecture or a public service. Client authorisation alone does not confer regulatory accreditation. Any activity requiring specific authorisation remains limited to powers actually held.
Article 3 — Clients, accounts and eligibility
Each service specifies whether it is available to individuals, professionals or both. A business account requires a SIRET; account information does not replace case-specific checks. You must have capacity to contract or the necessary authority to act for the applicant or company. Keep your credentials confidential and promptly report suspected misuse. The account type alone does not establish consumer status as defined in Article 10.
Article 4 — Requests and formation of the contract
Before confirmation, the journey presents the service, requested information, documents, fees, identified external costs and applicable terms. Check the summary and correct mistakes before confirming. Acceptance of the terms of sale is separate from signing the service authorisation. Depending on the service, the next step requires payment, a quotation or an appointment; a contact or quotation request is not an instruction to charge. Your contractual confirmation is retained in your account.
Article 5 — Prices, VAT and separate charges
Advertised AB Services fees are final prices including 20% VAT. VAT is never added again to these amounts. Summaries and invoices distinguish the net amount, included VAT and gross total. Taxes, fiscal stamps, administrative charges and amounts owed to third parties remain separate from AB Services fees. Variable external amounts must be checked for the case; an unknown amount is not presented as a fixed official fee. A catalogue price change does not alter an accepted order.
Article 6 — Quotations, variants and staged payments
Immobilisation / DA / garage fermé is quotation-based, from €60 to €150 including VAT: describe your situation and send relevant documents through your account. AB Services reviews the case and states the exact fee; no payment may be collected before you expressly accept the quotation. The maximum is never charged automatically. Any variant or additional service must be identified and accepted before billing. Naturalisation totals €360 including VAT: €100 on opening and €260 later, according to the agreed process.
Article 7 — Authorisation and commencement
Your signature concerns the authorisation and service specified in the case; it does not waive public-authority requirements. Where a withdrawal right applies, starting before the period ends requires a separate express request. You may decline early commencement. Acknowledging the consequences of full performance is separate: starting work alone does not remove the withdrawal right.
Article 8 — Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
For consumer service contracts concluded at a distance, the ordinary withdrawal period is fourteen days from conclusion, subject to applicable calculation, information and extension rules. The combined privacy, withdrawal and refunds page explains the process, model declaration and online submission. No reason is required. Work already started, external charges and any exceptions are assessed under the applicable conditions, without a fixed cancellation penalty or blanket refusal of refunds. Where withdrawal entitles you to reimbursement, it is made without undue delay within the applicable legal deadline, normally fourteen days after notification of the decision. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another method without charges. Cancellation requests outside withdrawal rights are assessed against the service and applicable rights.
Article 9 — Applicable law, complaints, mediation and liability
These general terms and conditions of sale are written in French and are enforceable and interpretable in accordance with French law.
Under Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer client (within the meaning of Article 10 of these terms) may use mediation free of charge to resolve any dispute with AB Services amicably (except for legal or expert fees).
Before any mediation, the client must submit a written complaint directly to AB Services at the following address:
AB Services
Service clients
4 Rue Jules Viette, 25200 Montbéliard
The consumer client has one year to submit a written complaint, failing which it will be inadmissible.
In this context, AB Services offers recourse to a mediator; please contact our customer service department to obtain their contact details.
Mediation is not mandatory under Article L.612-4 of the French Consumer Code. It is also understood that both the client and AB Services may freely accept or reject the solution proposed by the mediator.
AB Services’ contractual liability arising from the application of these general terms and conditions of sale may in no circumstances exceed the sums paid, or remaining payable, by the client for any order placed on the website.
Article 10 — Definition of a consumer client
In these terms, a consumer client is an individual acting for purposes outside their professional activity. Their capacity and the circumstances of the contract determine the applicable rules, irrespective of the account label alone.
Article 11 — Online payment and confirmation
Where online payment is offered, it is made in euros on Stripe’s hosted payment page. AB Services does not request full card numbers in messages or forms. Bank authentication may be required. A case is marked paid only after verified payment confirmation; returning to the website or receiving a bank error does not by itself establish collection. If the outcome is uncertain, check your account or contact AB Services before paying again. Authorised refunds are linked to the original payment and remain traceable.
Article 12 — Supporting documents and incomplete cases
The checklist distinguishes mandatory documents, documents needed only in certain situations and documents prepared by AB Services. Send legible, relevant and authentic copies through the secure account. Do not send sensitive documents through the public contact form. Missing, inconsistent or rejected documents may require additions or replacements; dependent stages cannot be completed without the necessary material. Documents are not reused for another request without the required checks and authority.
Article 13 — Progress, timeframes and administrative decisions
Your account shows case progress and required actions. Requests for information may arrive through secure messages and the configured notifications. Appointment availability, authority-controlled processing times, decisions, additional-document requests and official conditions are outside AB Services’ control. No document issuance deadline or favourable outcome is guaranteed. Clients must remain attentive to the requests and deadlines communicated to them.
Article 14 — Respective responsibilities and particular services
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your declarations, rights to submitted documents and decisions that are yours to make. AB Services exercises the agreed care, protects confidentiality and flags identified difficulties without replacing authorities or regulated professionals. RECALCUL DETTE URSSAF comprises assessment and assistance with a recalculation request, with prior case analysis; no debt reduction or cancellation is guaranteed. No unverified legal representation, regulated accounting assignment or accreditation is promised.
Article 15 — Impediments and force majeure
If an event satisfying the applicable legal conditions for force majeure prevents an obligation, its effects are assessed according to the law, duration and actual impact on the contract. AB Services informs the client of known consequences and possible next steps. An outage, administrative delay or internal difficulty is not automatically force majeure. Mandatory client rights remain unaffected.
Article 16 — Physical items and handover
Some packs may include expressly identified physical items, such as temporary registration plates. Their inclusion and handover arrangements must be stated in the service or agreed summary. These terms do not create a general goods store, transport commitment or unannounced delivery deadline or charge. Mandatory guarantees and rights actually applicable to supplied goods remain unaffected.
Article 17 — Confidentiality and personal data
Data needed for the account, case, payment and evidence obligations are processed for the purposes and subject to the rights described on the combined privacy page. Contact abservices@pointmultiservices.com; this address does not appoint a DPO. Access to documents is restricted to authorised people for their duties. Provide only necessary information. Stripe’s and external services’ own processing is distinguished from that of AB Services.
Article 18 — Contract records, evidence and changes
Applicable terms, summaries, authorisations, accepted quotations, confirmations and invoices remain linked to the order. Website or catalogue updates do not rewrite these historical records. Communications and records are assessed under applicable evidence rules; no clause prevents a client from challenging an error. New terms apply to new contracts according to the version communicated, without retroactively altering an accepted order.
Article 19 — Website terms — Site and account access
These website-use conditions govern browsing and accounts separately from the sale obligations. Use the site lawfully, keep access personal and log out on shared devices. Maintenance or incidents may interrupt access; continuous availability is not guaranteed. AB Services may take proportionate protective measures against abuse or risk without arbitrarily removing contractual rights, withdrawal requests or access to records that must remain available.
Article 20 — Website terms — Content, security and external links
Do not upload malicious files, false supporting documents or content infringing others’ rights, access another person’s case or circumvent controls. You retain rights in your own documents. AB Services texts, creations and signs may be used only as permitted by their owner or the law; you may retain your own contractual records. External links and the optional map are also governed by the relevant service’s rules. Report incidents to abservices@pointmultiservices.com without unsolicited sensitive information.
