Frequently asked questions

What does AB Services do?

We help you organise the information and documents needed, prepare your file and follow the steps of your chosen service. Each service page explains what is included.

Is AB Services a public authority?

No. AB Services is a private, independent provider. You may also complete procedures directly with the relevant public authorities.

How do I start a case?

Choose a service, then sign in or create an individual or business account. Verify your email before using your secure account. After signing in, you return to your chosen service.

What do the service fees cover?

Fees cover the support described on the service page. Check “What AB Services does” and, for a package, the list of included services.

Are taxes and government fees included?

They are separate from AB Services fees unless expressly included. Amounts depending on your case or a third party are checked when known; an estimate is not presented as a final charge.

When do I pay?

The summary shows the amount required before activation and any later instalments. A required initial payment must be confirmed before operational work begins.

Why do some cases have more than one payment?

Some services have an opening payment and a balance due at a later stage. Naturalisation, for example, costs €100 at opening and €260 later, totalling €360.

Which documents do I need?

The service list distinguishes required documents, documents depending on your situation and documents prepared by AB Services. Send only the documents requested for your case.

How do I send my documents?

Use the file uploader in your case within your secure account. You can select multiple files. Do not send identity documents through the general contact form.

Are my documents publicly accessible?

No. Viewing them requires authenticated, authorised access. AB Services staff access them as part of their duties. Never share your password with a third party.

How long does a procedure take?

It depends on the service, whether your file is complete and the authority or provider involved. AB Services cannot guarantee an administrative processing time or a favourable decision.

Can I track my case?

Yes. Your account shows its status, next actions, conversations and available documents. Questions about a case belong in that case’s conversation.

What if a document is rejected?

Read the reason shown, then use “Replace” on that document. The new version is checked; the previous version remains in the case history.

Can I change a case I have started?

You can complete steps that are still open and return to your saved progress. After submission, ask AB Services for any necessary correction in the case conversation.

How does a WhatsApp appointment work?

Where included in the service, a call appointment is agreed. AB Services calls you on WhatsApp at the scheduled time. This is not a promise of an appointment with a public authority.

Does AB Services guarantee approval?

No. The relevant authority makes the decision. Our service covers the preparation and follow-up described, not a guarantee of approval.

Can I request cancellation or a refund?

Send your request to AB Services. It is assessed according to the contract, work performed and applicable rights. Read the withdrawal and refund policy; refunds are not universally excluded.

How do I exercise my withdrawal right?

Where the legal right applies to a distance service contract, the period is generally 14 days. Early execution and the effects of partly or fully performed services are addressed separately. Read the policy or use “Exercise my right of withdrawal”.

I am unsure which service to choose. What should I do?

Describe your needs through the contact form or contact our offices. Do not attach sensitive documents to this first enquiry. We can help identify the service without guaranteeing administrative eligibility.

How can I contact AB Services?

For general enquiries: abservices@pointmultiservices.com or the details on the Contact page. For an existing case: use its conversation in your account.
